The President's Travails, I Travel

Sunday 30th July: In addition to domestic battles with his personnel, Democrats and Republicans, President Trump also has international problems.  North Korea continues to taunt  the US and broadcast repeats of the recent ICBM test, something that Trump had said would not be allowed to happen. His current response, a symbolic bomber flight over the Korean peninsula and a Twitter tirade against Chinese inaction.  With the call for more sanctions against Russia waiting to be signed on the President's desk, President Putin threatens to expel over 700 US diplomats.

We traveled cross-country for a family visit in Hereford. It took six hours, primarily because of a major traffic jam on the A45. Knackered!
